Shipping: Within India

We make sure that our customers receive the products on time. All our products are Ready to ship. It takes 48-72 business hours to process and ship.

Our delivery period post dispatch is 4-9 working days depending on the location.

Shipping: Outside India

Countries We Ship To:

We currently ship to USA, UK, Singapore, Hong Kong & UAE destinations. Due to ever-changing regulations, we cannot guarantee service to all countries. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for information on potential shipping options.

Shipping Costs & Methods:

• International shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, as well as the destination country.
• We offer a variety of international shipping options, including express and economy services. The estimated delivery time and cost will be displayed at checkout based on your selected service and destination.
• You can choose your preferred shipping method during checkout.

Duties and Taxes:

• Please be aware that you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and any other charges levied by the customs office of the destination country.
• These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information about these charges. 

Delivery Times:

• International shipping times can vary greatly depending on the destination country and chosen shipping method.
• We will provide an estimated delivery timeframe at checkout, but please be aware that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary
• Customs clearance procedures can also cause delays.
• For any International Order Delivery time will be minimum 7 to 10 days from the date of payment received.  

Tracking:

• A tracking number will be provided with your shipment confirmation email.
• You can use this number to track the progress of your order on the carrier's website.

Returns & Exchanges:

• Due to the higher costs associated with international shipping, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

Insurance:

• We offer optional shipment insurance at checkout. This is highly recommended to protect your order in case of loss or damage during transit.
