Plant Head
The senior-most operations leader at Raj Uphaar, accountable for the end-to-end performance of all three manufacturing verticals — Raj Amrut (packaged snacks), Raj Saurabh (fragrances), and Raj Kruti (home utility items, apparels).
Manager - HR & IR
Manages end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, payroll, compliance, IR, and statutory requirements as per Gujarat labour laws. Drives training & development, HSE adherence, employee engagement, and welfare initiatives to foster a safe, productive, and harmonious work environment.

To manage and strengthen retail sales channel of Raj Uphaar by ensuring effective market coverage to achieve sales and growth targets.

Transform creative concepts into high-demand incense products from ideation through to final production. Focus on driving brand growth through quality control, material innovation, and cost-efficient manufacturing processes.
Manager - Repairs & Maintenance
Lead the maintenance strategy for Raj Uphaar’s manufacturing unit, ensuring zero downtime of production lines while maintaining a facility that meets the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and operational efficiency.

Maintaining 100% inventory accuracy and seamless supply chain integration.
QC Head - Raj Amrut (packaged snacks unit)
Oversee raw material and finished goods quality control, and lab operations. Ensure strict adherence to ISO standards, food safety protocols, and contamination prevention across all production stages.

Maintaining 100% inventory accuracy and seamless supply chain integration.
QA-QC Head - Raj Saurabh (fragrances unit)
