Moringa (Moringa oleifera) is a plant native to India and one of the most nutritionally complete leaves you can dry and eat. Per gram, it contains more protein than most legumes, more calcium than milk, and significant levels of iron, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and E. It has a mild, earthy flavour — present but not overpowering.
Raj Uphaar Moringa Powder is made from sun-dried moringa leaves, ground fine. One teaspoon a day is a practical addition to an ordinary meal.
How to use: Add to dal or sabzi while cooking. Mix into roti or paratha dough. Stir into warm milk with a pinch of jaggery. Blend into a smoothie. Start with half a teaspoon if you are new to it.
